The mission of this association is to foster and develop through a cooperation of residents and businesses a beautiful, safe, and self-supporting community.

The FPAA was formed to represent the population physically with the area described below:
The East side of Wilson Ave.,
The South side of Broad St.,
The West bank of Alum Creek,
The North side of Main St.
